Your Guide to London Fashion Week

From September 13th to 18th, London Fashion Week will be taking over! Featuring the newest and hottest designers in the fashion world, this is the week to people watch, mix and mingle, and see and be seen.   In case you’re in London during this week (or lucky enough to have an invite to London Fashion Week), we’ve put together our favorite hot spots to check out right now.

Where to Eat

Cora Pearl

Named after a well-known 19th-century British-born courtesan, Kitty Fisher’s second restaurant, Cora Pearl, is one of London’s hottest restaurants this summer. Pro-tip: Book ahead of time, preferably before you arrive to London.

Cora Pearl / 30 Henrietta St, London WC2E 8NA

The latest restaurant in Yotam Ottolenghi’s empire, Rovi, features a menu based around vegetables, but – according to the chef – with a “fresh focus on fermentation and cooking over fire”. The seasonality of the menu also extends to the drinks list, from “dynamic low-intervention” wines to cocktails based on seasonal spices.

Rovi / 59 Wells Street, Fitzrovia, London W1A 3AE

Considered to be one of the most quirky, playful (and Instagram-able) restaurant in London right now, Sketch holds on to its place as one of London’s hottest restaurants.   If you haven’t snapped a pic at this restaurant, be sure to stop by during this trip!

Sketch 9 Conduit St, Mayfair, London W1S 2XG, UK

Where to Drink

Laki Kane

Escape the crowds to London’s newest tiki bar, Laki Kane.  Kick back and enjoy a delicious rum cocktail in a fancy tiki mug that (almost) makes you feel like you’re in a tropical island.

Laki Kane / 144-145 Upper St, London N1 1QY

George’s Bar at The Gilbert Scott

The newly redesigned bar at The Gilbert Scott evokes the feeling of the old world grand cafes.  Along with the redesign comes a whole new cocktail menu featuring a rotating cocktail of the month.

George’s Bar / St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, Euston Road, NW1 2AR

Step into the Bloomsbury Set at Fitz’s where the cocktail menu matches the decor.  Indulge in a good old fashion cocktail such as the Daiquiri, a globetrotting blend of pineapple-infused rum, lime, bay, cucumber, local pastis and IPA.

Fitz’s / Russell Square, Bloomsbury London WC1B 5BE /
